PCND Neurology
PCND Neurology has been providing general neurology services to patients in the North County and greater San Diego region for more than a decade. We will evaluate any general neurological problem, although the common neurological issues that we manage include:
- All Headaches/Migraines
- Seizures/Epilepsy
- Post-stroke care and management
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders
- Walking/gait/balance problems
- Spinal problems including neck and low back
- Dizziness
- And many more.

We only see adult patients 18 years of age and older or by special exception (call and ask us if not sure).
We take all major insurance plans including Medicare, Tricare, VA Choice, Sharp Community/United Healthcare/Arch/Graybill, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem/Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Ximed-affiliated plans, Community Health Group (including Medi-CAL plans), cash pay/fee-for service and many others (sorry, we DO NOT accept straight Medi-CAL or Molina). We also volunteer in Project Access through the San Diego County Medical Society to assist those uninsured (referral from Project Access required).
We also offer EEG services in house as well as evoked potentials testing. We have an extensive network of outside EMG/NCV providers in all parts of San Diego County for your convenience, as well as imaging and radiology partners for x-rays, CTs, and MRIs.
We pride ourselves on one-on-one neurological care, which is personalized to each individual patient’s needs. We have 2 convenient locations to serve you in Poway/Rancho Bernardo and Carlsbad.
