PCND Announcements for Healthcare Providers

The Center for Memory and Aging

As as subsidiary of PCND, it will be operated by the practice in collaboration with PPH, and staffed by
geriatric neurology, neuropsychology and geriatric psychiatry with specific academic expertise in dementia.
We will offer a comprehensive evaluation program for each patient using state of the art methods and
technology, some of which will be fairly unique in San Diego county, such as our brain volume mapping
program. Also, in collaboration with industry, we will offer cutting edge clinical trials and other research
opportunities for patients and families for all dementia types, such as disease modifying therapies for AD,
PDD, Lewy body disease, frontotemporal dementia and others.

We are contracted with Medicare and major health plans and groups. We welcome and count on your referrals and support of this venture. Without you, this will not have the potential to become the major success it could be and the major community resource for the PPH district and the rest of San Diego county. Thank you.
